WHERE CAN I FIND SHOP UPDATES?

I post new work several times a week to give you a teaser. Follow me at littlelaushop on Instagram for updates. Also join my mailing list. 

CAN I PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER?

Most pottery pieces are dishwasher safe, however for safety and longevity I would recommend hand washing each piece.

*Don't scare the clay! Taking it from the fridge and putting hot water or vice versa will create thermal shock and crack the pot. This also goes for sticking it under direct heat. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

I am a one-woman slow-moving machine. Packing and getting orders to the post office will take between 3-5 business days domestically(account for holiday schedules). Expect a longer delivery time for international orders. All pieces are packed to assure no breakage and all items will be sent Priority/ USPS. (IF I AM AWAY FROM THE SHOP: LOOK FOR THE NOTICE NEXT TO SHIPPING METHOD AT CHECKOUT)

With COVID 19, expect delays.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING/ WHY AM I OVERCHARGED?

I will combine items as much as possible. Double boxing is sometimes necessary to keep your new pot safe. Shipping rates will vary between $10-$20 depending on the location its being sent, size, weight and number of items purchased. The cost also covers Priority shipping and packing supplies.

If there is a significant difference(don't forgot the cost of packaging supplies) I will refund you the difference. 

WHAT IF MY PIECE IS DAMAGED?

Ceramics is both a strong yet breakable material. Once it is in your possession and out of the box, it is your responsibility. Always handle with care.

Double boxing while shipping ensures its safety. If by some chance you find the item damaged when you open the box, immediately send me a picture of the damaged piece within 24 hours of receiving the package. I will try my best to work with you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, I do not do international shipping. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

Not at the moment, but maybe I will change my mind. I make a lot of new and different work. I enjoy letting the creativity train ride out in whatever direction it wants. If there is something that you want to see more of or return again, shoot me an email and let me know.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

All sales are final!!!
